EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
Camille Packer McConnell received coaching training from The School of the Work of Byron Katie in 2007. Her path to becoming a coach began in 1998 when she was a peer counselor and mentor in areas of trauma, addictions, and stress. In 2006 she graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Sociology.
She developed a niche in Business Coaching when she realized that the majority of her clients were business owners who all shared one thing in common: they had brilliant ideas but had difficulty implementing them due to a lack of organization, prioritizing, & time management skills. She created a Business Coaching Assessment to help them identify areas of improvement. On a weekly basis, she works with her clients to help them turn their brilliant ideas into action and to take them to the next level. The majority of her clients work with her over the telephone, but she also does in-person coaching. Flexibility enables her to enjoy a nationwide clientele.
