EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
Camille Packer McConnell received coaching training from The School of the Work of Byron Katie in 2007. Her path to becoming a coach began in 1998 when she was a peer counselor and mentor in areas of trauma, addictions, and stress. In 2006 she graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Sociology.
She developed a niche in Business Coaching when she realized that the majority of her clients were business owners who all shared one thing in common: they had brilliant ideas but had difficulty implementing them due to a lack of organization, prioritizing, & time management skills. She created a Business Coaching Assessment to help them identify areas of improvement. The majority of her clients work with her over the telephone. Flexibility enables her to enjoy a nationwide clientele. Camille has been member of the professional association called Business Network International (BNI) since 2008.
